Please use this site as a "launch pad" in your own discovery of self-care, to guide you in making sound choices that can benefit your body and spirit.

I give many examples and stories from my own life, as well as from countless simple suggestions thao use that which resonates with you and simply discard the rest.

The information that I provide is nothing substantially different than suggestions from bsazines, etc. For some suggestions, you may want to check with your primary health care practitioner.
